Motivated Teamwork
Bringing to the public even the most ingenious advance still requires practicality, specialized talents and effective sales and marketing. We are in the business of integrating and rewarding all the skills it takes to fully realize worthwhile technological goals. We're interested in working closely with talented associates. We're motivated to fill missing positions in a very rich puzzle of interactive multimedia possibilities. No one piece steals the show.
At the forefront of our current research and development interests are entertainment technologies involving music, lighting, 2D and 3D graphics, and virtual reality. Bringing cohesive improvements into these fields is an engineering feat to proud of, and involvement in it is something to be envious of.
Putting all of the above elements together in software architecture that allows previously unavailable functionality has been our mission of priority since inception. (The inspiration and earliest beginnings of our enterprise was in the middle 1980s, this quest steeped in the fascination of the newly released MIDI spec, and its possibilities.)
Exciting Goals
Our most immediate development goals are Veejay and D.J. software / hardware that will open up new realms for artistic exploration. More broadly we look to develop a wide range of applications dealing with entertainment, gaming, and multimedia, as well as information access programs that begin to harness the power of VR. How are we going to participate in these most exciting and rewarding of all development fields?
Collaboration Of Talent
We have taken the stance that great ideas may require incubation (backburner time) and that contributions during such times, being more of a risk, deserve more of a reward.
In increasingly difficult times how does a business encourage long term projects with lasting merit? The philosophy of making decisions based only upon the immediate 'bottom line' spells disaster to more innovative and potentially trendsetting efforts in order to go with "proven" solutions.
What about creativity and innovation?
We've devised a business structure that will support such creative efforts and permit investments into innovative technologies with low risk and exceptional returns. With this structure the startup costs are scaled back by outsourcing key positions utilizing talent pools, and by offering ownership potential to Key Project Interns and inventors. When the time is right inventors may provide the basis for a new project. Interns and pros may provide skills and services for one of our current projects. Where appropriate investors may bring needed resources to the table in exchange for wealth-building means.

Spiiral already has valuable intellectual property. The list will grow. Those who benefit will be those who are key in the process.
This is true whether the development is of patent pending technologies, shareware titles, or open source technologies for which consulting may bring income. (Ideologies concerning intellectual property will effect the nature of the project you work on, but not preclude participation.)
